Solar power for fruit plantation irrigation in Jordan

For an orchard irrigation in the Jordanian province of Al Mafraq, a TRIC Flex four PV system with an electrical output of 220 kWp was installed near the Syrian border. The power generated by the solar system is used for watering a fruit plantation. The greenfield system was installed on concrete foundations by Al Manakh Renewable Energy (Irbid) in spring 2018.
